Drug Checking Courses

The BC Center on Substance Use (BCCSU) offers 2 drug checking courses. The Introductory training is intended for anyone interested in learning more about drug checking and how to operate the Bruker Alpha FTIR spectrometer and immunoassay test strips.

For those who will be working as drug checking technicians in BC and have a sponsoring organization, there is a second course for your practicum. Only those trainees that have an existing arrangement with a sponsor can register for this course.
